How does GemWorld work?
GemWorld is a casual gaming platform with interconnected games set in a shared fantasy world.
As you play and progress, you'll collect items and equipment that you can use in other games.
As new games and stories are unlocked, this shared inventory becomes more and more useful.
Can anyone play on GemWorld?
You need to be considered eligible before you can open an account. For example, you must be 18 years old or older, and you cannot create multiple accounts. See our Terms & conditions for the full requirements.
Am I allowed to use a VPN or Proxy to play on GemWorld?
It is strictly prohibited to use a VPN or Proxy to play on GemWorld. This will result in a permanent ban for your account

How do I create an account?
Creating an account on GemWorld is free and easy. Head to our Create account page and fill in your details. Don't forget to activate your account and validate your email!
Will my personal information be safe?
Yes, at GemWorld, the confidentiality of your data is a priority. Your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with data protection standards.
At any point, you can delete your account, which will clear your information. Some infomation may be stored for a fixed period of time for legal purposes.

I no longer wish to continue playing. How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly through your profile, or by contacting support. Please note that deleting your account is definitive and it's not possible to reverse.
If you wish, you can deactivate your account instead, and have it reactivated by support.

How can I play the games on GemWorld? Do I need to download an app?
No, you don't need to install anything. All games on GemWorld are playable online directly in your browser. You can play on a computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. We ensure that games are playable across a wide range of screen sizes. If you encounter a problem, please let us know

Yes! We have many more games planned, as well as updates to existing games as time goes on

Can I transfer Gold or other items to another account?
No, Gold and items are unique to your account and can't be transferred or sold to another account
